Overnight programming requires advance notice as campsites, especially at popular areas, book out quickly. Most campsites open reservations 6 months in advance. Some of these will book out within a few days. Please be aware of this if you would like this option.
Campsite cancellation - Due to the nature of reserving a campsite, your organization will be responsible for any costs that are charged when the campsite reservation is cancelled plus a small planning fee. Refunds vary on the campsite type and location.
